So yesterday my husband made this dish that is called 'Sea Quail' ... it's actually the throat of a red fish that is cut to almost look like the breast of a quail, hence the name sea quail.
It isn't a terribly hard dish to make but it's just not a common dish to serve. It is however, some seriously good eating though!
I bet these pics will make you hungry for fish ;)

Looks like a meal at a fine restaurant. Reminded me of my days at Water Street Oyster Bar in Corpus Christi, Texas.
