A fun shoot for me!

This week I finally got the opportunity to shoot an Austin model, Carly Morris. Her producer/friend and I have been working for over 5 months trying to get this shoot scheduled. With the help of my friend and Makeup Artist, Christy, we all rocked this session out.

As you can tell from the photos, it was well worth the long wait!

Congrats to you Mr. V! Just check out the range of his looks!

OK, so I had to take him outside for a few minutes! Those glasses were just too cool to not play with!

Today with the NHPO

This afternoon I had the pleasure of shooting for the San Antonio branch NHPO at the beautiful downtown Palm restaurant. Today's guest speaker was the informative Jessica Leach of ECI.
Her topic today was "Stand out from the crowd. Tips for getting the job that you want" and let me tell ya, if you ever wanted help on updating your resume or perfecting your interviewing skills, this is the lady and company that you want to go see!
This gal came prepared with her full presentation notes, dry erase board, info flyer's, plus note pads and pens for all the guests. And the food? Don't EVEN get me started ... all I can say is WOW!!!
Here's a few shots from today.
The lovely Jessica herself ...

Look who's one!

This little doll just turned one and I have had the joy of shooting through out his entire first year. Every time I get a camera in front of this little guy he acts like a pro! He's so mild mannered, happy and most importantly he always makes eye contact with me. Gotta love that!

Oh and to the mom and dad, I got a chance to steal away an hour today after the shoot ... gotta love that too!

Happy birthday baby JD :)

A perfect wedding!

Yep, yesterdays weather was perfect. The ceremony location was a dreamy 78 degrees and the couple was so giddy in love!

Here a few of my favorite shots from this wedding couple ... congrats and thanks J&C ... y'all were great ... the supper was good to ;)

The 6th Annual Celebrity Dinner & Auction!

The date was April 9th. The location: the AT&T Center. The reason: benefiting the San Antonio Kids Exchange. The experience: AWESOME!

That's how I felt about the Celebrity Dinner function! The Mission of San Antonio Kids Exchange (SAKE) is to protect children by providing a neutral place for them to maintain contact with both parents while coping with their parents' divorce, separation, or family conflict. The reason for the dinner was to raise funds and awareness for this great program.

As the title implies, the waiters were all local (and a few national) celebrities ranging from NFL Players, Spur team members, ESPN broad casters, local news casters, pageant queens, a Survivor cast member, San Antonio entrepreneurs, the Chief of Police, city councilmen, the DA, our Senator, County Clerks and more judges than you could wave a gavel at ... WHAT A BLAST!!!!!!!!!!

Get ready for image overload ... this event was too fun not so share lots of images with y'all!

Here's my logo being displayed on the big jumbo tron. How fun it was to see that!!

There was plenty of great food, wine and deserts to go around for all!

There was a silent as well as live auction ... talk about loads of stuff to put on your wish list!

The live auction was hosted by none other than T-Bone!

Our very own San Antonio Spurs Player Mr. Sean Eliot posing here for some of his good friends from the Law Offices of Sinkin & Marvel. I will have you know that myself and the two people on each side of Sean are standing on chairs just so that we could be at eye level with Sean ... he is so mega TALL!!!!!!!

Mr. Marc Cross, the General Manager of Jordan Ford Motorcars in San Antonio.

Judge Ron Rangel, 379th Criminal District Court. Yeah, he was a blast to be around!

Mr. Dick Tips, owner of the Historic Fairmount Hotel in San Antonio ... thanks for the pin Mr. Tips! ;)

The oh-so lovely Kellie Patterson (co-host of Great Day SA for KENS 5) working hard to sell her beads for the greater good! You go girl!

These two judges, Judge Peter Sakai of the 225th Judicial District Court and Judge Richard Garcia of the Children's Court were having an absolute blast .. their laughs and energy was nothing less than totally contagious!

Our very own San Antonio Spurs player, Bruce Bowen was the Master of Ceremonies taking a photo op with the fabulous award winning Weekday sports Anchor for News 4 WOAI, Mr. Don Harris. And standing to the far right is the sweet Sam Hurd, a wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys!

Yep, there were a lot of autographs going around ... it's a wonder that Bruce didn't get cramps that night!

Chief William Mc Manus and Judge Sol Casseb III of the 288th Judicial District Court got to chat with the lovely Mrs. Shandria Seybold (Mrs. Bexar County 2009) and Mrs. Desaree Vega-Stevens (Mrs. San Antonio 2009)

I caught the Justice of the Peace for Pct.2, Place 1. Mr Judge Steve Walker getting a bite of something that he didn't like! Tee Hee! I just had to share this great expression will you all!

(Love your Walker Report buddy! ... how do you always post before I do!?!?!)

Gotta love moments like these! Mr Bruce Bowen & Nicolas "Nico" LaHood, a Criminal Defense Attorney and a magistrate Judge.

Ok, so I'm not always behind the camera ... and besides, Ernesto Ancira, Jr., the president and Chairman of Ancira Enterprises was such a treat to hang out with!

Plus, the man could sing too! Actually, I think he was getting the tip in his pocket just to get him off the stage! Just kidding with ya ... Ancira sang the most incredible Italian Ballad ... SWEET!

Judge Tim Johnson of the County Court No 5 had the chance to work with Mr Greg Simmons who is the Sports Anchor for KSAT 12 just long enough for Greg to run off to his sports desk ... talk about a busy man!

The Honorable Judge Gloria Saldana of the 224th Judicial District Court was waiting with Mr. Eliot Garza, the publisher of NSIDE Publications in San Antonio.

And lastly, Ms. Rita Verreos who appeared on the Survivors Fiji show was hanging out with San Antonio high school graduate, the sweet Priest Holmes, former Kansas City Chiefs NFL player.

Now, see, wasn't that worth looking through all of those photos!?!?! What a fun filled night! Thanks to all who supported the SAKE and congrats to them for having such a wildly successful event! These are sooooo many other folks that I could share with y'all but I know that you need to get back to work now ;)
